Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flight & Travel Bookings

• Cancellations and refunds depend on airline policies.
• A service charge may apply for processing cancellations.

2. Visa Services

• Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

3. Money Transfer

• Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Cargo & Parcel Services

• If a shipment is canceled before dispatch, a refund may be issued minus handling fees.
• Once dispatched, no refunds will be provided.
